You do not need a reason as polished as the list below. But these are the messages we are especially glad to get.
- Corrections If a number looks wrong or a guide reads as out of date, tell us. We check reader corrections against the same primary sources as everything else, and we fix what needs fixing.
- Questions Stuck on a parameter, a species choice, or a tank that is not settling? Ask. We cannot diagnose every tank by email, but we point you to the right guide and tool.
- Suggestions A species you wish we covered, a guide that is missing, a tool that would help. The best ideas for what to write next tend to come from keepers, not from us.
- General notes Press, partnerships, or anything that does not fit the boxes above. Same address, same inbox.
What to expect back
A real reply, from a person
We are a small team, so we will not always answer within the hour, but we do read everything and we reply in plain language, the same way we write the guides. No tickets, no scripts, no auto-responder pretending to be a person. If you took the time to write, we take the time to read it properly.
